Who we are
The website bulletproof.so is published by Theo Cannac (Cannac Communication). For any privacy question: contact@bulletproof.so.
Data we collect
- Newsletter / waitlist signup: your email address.
- Appointment booking: the information you provide when booking (name, email, and details you share).
- Browsing data: anonymised technical data (pages viewed, device type) for audience measurement.
Purposes
- Sending you the newsletter and content related to your signup;
- Organising and following up on our conversations and appointments;
- Improving the site and its content.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (newsletter) and on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering your requests and improving its services.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, then deleted within a reasonable time after you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Recipients
Your data is never sold. It is processed by our technical sub-processors, each for the purposes above only: Supabase Inc. for the database, Vercel Inc. for site hosting, GoHighLevel for forms, emailing and appointment booking.
The database is hosted in the European Union. Some sub-processors are however established in the United States: those transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@bulletproof.so. Every newsletter email also contains an unsubscribe link.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The site may use audience-measurement and functional cookies, as well as cookies set by our providers (Vercel hosting, GoHighLevel forms and emailing, appointment booking). You can configure your browser to refuse them.
